Each piece from ARCHIVE by Evelyn is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, all sales are final.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. This includes, but is not limited to, items that are:
- made to order
- personalized or monogrammed
- produced in limited quantities
We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before purchasing and to reach out with any questions prior to placing an order.
Natural Characteristics
Due to the handmade process and natural materials used, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Exceptions
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
info@archivebyevelyn.com, including:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
If a defect is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a repair or replacement at our discretion.
